How do I request a credit limit increase?

If you would like to apply for an increase to your credit limit, access our secured Online Banking service, go to the "Manage Your Account" section and submit a secured request online. Please note that we will first need to see how you maintain your account before we can consider an increase.

Can I have an additional cardholder on my account?

Yes. You can have up to 3 additional cardholders on your account at no extra charge. To add a cardholder, access our secured Online Banking service, go to the "Manage Your Account" section and submit your request. Please note that you are responsible for any transactions made by an additional cardholder.

Please further note that any additional cardholder(s) must reside at your same primary address, and have a relationship of close family member (defined as spouse, child, parent, sibling or domestic partner).

My card was lost or stolen—what should I do?

If you think that your card is missing, contact us immediately on 1800 409 511 or, if calling from outside the Republic of Ireland, on +353 71 965 6262. These lines are open 24/7. You should never disclose your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to anyone, or keep it with your credit card.

My card is damaged—how do I replace it?

If your card has been damaged or destroyed, you can request a replacement card online at our secured Online Banking service. However, if your card has been lost or stolen, call us immediately on 1800 409 511. If you are calling from outside the Republic of Ireland, contact us on +353 71 965 6262.

How do I inform you of a change of address?

You can update your contact details online or by phone. To do the update online, simply access our secured Online Banking service and use the secured electronic form in the "Manage Your Account" section. To do the update by phone, please contact us on 1 800 409 511.
